At Stringers Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new instrument or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Instrument

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all bows, cases, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our luthiers inspect the returned item for condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
